Delivery Terms

In addition to a unique shopping experience in the BIRKENSTOCK online shop, we also offer quick and convenient shipping of your order.

Delivery method and duration

Allow up to 2 working days for order processing after payment has been received.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during sales or peak periods.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 business days.

Delivery costs

FREE standard delivery on orders over R4500. A standard shipping fee of R80 will be charged on all orders under R4500.

Delivery charges may be subject to change if you are staying in an outlined area.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for delivery of your order.

You may also allow someone other than yourself to accept your order on your behalf. we offer door-to-door service, so anyone available at the address listed on your order can sign for it, e.g. staff, security or reception etc.

Next Day Delivery

Cut-off time: Orders placed before 1PM (on weekdays) can be delivered the next business day.
Orders placed after 1PM will be processed the next business day and delivered the following day.
Orders placed after 1PM or on a weekend will be delivered two business days later.
Enjoy Next Day Delivery for a flat fee of R120.

Weekend Delivery

How it works:

Orders placed before 1PM on Friday are eligible for delivery on Saturday.
Orders placed after 1PM on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.
Excludes public holidays.
Enjoy Weekend Delivery for a flat fee of R150.
Eligible Areas: Main Centres.
