Incompetent Assistant

I bought my first pair of Gizeh Birkenstock in September. The assistant at the Canal Walk branch gave me bad service. She did not size my feet correctly which resulted in me buying the wrong size. I still asked her if it sits correctly and she said yes and walked away. I bought that size at R1999 and my feet hurt wearing these Birkenstocks. I developed blisters as well and up till today it hurts me. That is unacceptable.
