I have been trying to exchange my gizeh for a smaller size and the right colour as what I got was more like a khaki. What an absolutely terrible experience in dealing with your staff and your courier company. I am still waiting for a refund of the shoes that have been sent back so that I can choose the right ones. I have sent so many e-mails I have started to get frustrated. Your company online division and customer service in outlying areas are absolutely appalling.

Worth the money

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Birkenstocks!!! They really are worth the money! I live in mine. I feel they complete every outfit in a very stylish relaxed way! I think because of the sole they will look beautifull and neat for a long long time, where are sandles may not look good at the toes where you kick a stone or pavement.
