I didn't really get to wear the shoes because I received the wrong size and colour and had to return it for a refund:(

I placed the order not knowing that when you do the system automatically takes you to the size available. I was under the impression that I chose the correct size (3.5) and would receive my size but upon my surprise I did not .I have contacted Birkenstock in Cape Town on numerous occasions and been advised that I will be contacted and they will email me .Too date nothing .Very disappointed at the service as I have not received any feedback regarding my purchase and my options. I have emailed as well and no feedback.

I have sent a number of emails requesting assistance with returning the shoes purchased as they are the wrong size, i am still awaiting a response and refund.
