The BIRKENSTOCK Cork Sealer & Protector provides care and protection for the
BIRKENSTOCK cork-latex footbed. The product comes with a specially designed
Application Brush, which allows the Sealer & Protector to be applied precisely in thin
layers. This natural product nourishes and protects the cork-latex material and provides
intense and effective care for our iconic footbed. This means that the product can
effectively help to keep sole edges supple, and so maximize the longevity of the shoes.
After shaking the bottle well, apply a thin layer of the Cork Sealer & Protector with the
brush on the dry cork edges and spread evenly. Repeat the process in the dry/brittle
spots as required until the spot is completely covered. Avoid covering any leather parts
with the Cork Sealer. Leave to dry overnight and check the spots before wearing your
sandals again. Always remove any residues of the product on the bottle and clean the
brush, with water or the Footbed & Shoe Cleaner, after use.
