Dissatisfied

I have no issues with any birkenstock sandal as I've been a fan for years & never had any problems however what made me dissatisfied is the fact that i was sent from pillar to post for a straight swop after being told by H/O that this may be done which resulted in no exchange or refund. I was extremely irate as the incorrect information was provided & it was highly unprofessional. The Claremont store was also very unfriendly & not very helpful I had to make contact with H/O using my mobile phone whilst in the store. For a renowned brand customers should definitely be treated better.
